- Contact your current Property Management company and advise we are taking over the management (we will obtain a copy of all current documentation relating to the property, specifically any current tenants and tenancy agreements.)
- Advise the Tenants that we are taking over as the Managing Agent
- Notify any relevant authorities of the transfer of management
- Take the best possible care of your Property and Tenants moving forward so you never have to switch again!

Claudia and Margo have been outstanding in the management of our house for the past few winters. Claudia is our main... point of contact and she is professional and friendly. Margo and Claudia manage 3 of my properties with long term renters. In the time Margo has looked after my properties,... they have never been empty and she has found good local tenants who appreciate the properties and really look after them. The regular inspection reports are informative and any maintenance issues are swiftly taken care of with minimum of my time needed.
