Margo
After a holiday to Wanaka, Margo Goodsell and family knew they needed to live here. In 2005 the family packed up their lives and moved to the magical town they now call home.
Margo has always loved working with people. From customer service and travel roles to the property industry she is a people person through and through and will ensure your needs are exceeded.
A processes and systems person, you will be able to relax knowing your property is in very safe hands as Margo manages it for you.
As a property owner and an experienced property manager Margo understands “both sides of the fence” and is passionate about her clients experiencing smooth sailing when it comes to leasing out their house.
Claudia
Claudia Guisolan thrives on connecting the pieces of the house puzzle, to ensure the correct tenants are placed into the correct house. It is almost like a superpower for this enthusiastic property manager. Efficient, thorough and always working on something, Claudia breathes productivity!
Born and bred in Wanaka, and with a family of her own. Claudia is lucky enough understand all aspects of Wanaka living and its surrounds. She has skiing, hiking, biking and the lifestyle Wanaka offers pulsing through her veins, and she shares these experiences and her local knowledge with anyone who wants to know more. As well as being able to use this knowledge to match people to properties.
Claudia loves working with people and has an innate ability to connect the dots and communicate seamlessly, ensuring every customer and transaction is a success. Her main goal is to have delighted house owners and peaceful tenants, and she will strive to ensure this is the result for everyone.
Melissa
Whilst flying into the heart of Turkey a handful of years ago Melissa Brinsdon was struck by how airily beautiful the arid landscape was and it made her heart pine to return to Wanaka. After exploring the globe for many years Melissa decided right then and there that Wanaka was home.
Melissa has a strong connection with Wanaka from family holidays, with uncle having the first tourism business on the lake, to the West family trust connections. Wanaka is the best playground and allows to indulge in a bunch of activities including mt biking, walks, glamping, jet skiing and paddleboarding.
Melissa’s work background lies in a variety of things from dairy farming to owning an award-winning custom design building company in Australia to managing and running motels. This what lead her into property management which she thoroughly enjoys.
Nicole
Nicole Plewinski moved here in 2021, after a road trip in 2020, and immediately decided Wanaka was heaven on earth and had to be here.
Nicole and her Partner are in the process of building in Lake Hawea.
On the days they aren’t wrapped up in property, they are outside rock climbing at the local crags and exploring new areas of Otago.
Nicole has an exuding enthusiasm about the property market; Shown in her achievement of a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Property at Massey University and working in the Property Management industry since 2015.
With her many years of experience, Nicole deeply understands the importance of trustworthy and honest communication, between landlord, tenant and contractors.
Nicole adores the unique and beautiful homes Wanaka has to offer and loves to call Wanaka home.
